Challenge: A leading international coffee brand wanted to expand their online presence and grow their sales on Amazon. They were seeing a proliferation of small challenger brands emerging in their category seeking to steal sales and share. They were looking for a partner to help reverse sales declines and share loses and ultimately reclaim their rightful category leadership position.

Solution: After a thorough audit of their advertising campaigns and strategies, we realized that our partner had gaps in their strategy and holes in their retargeting nets. We deployed a 'defend and extend' advertising strategy aimed at increasing retention of current cusotmers by closing holes in their retargeting strategy thereby increasing share of customer requirements.
We also expanded their reach and sourcing new customers by building and deploying an elaborate batch of competitor focused campaigns aimed at stemming share loses and winning back customers from the plethora of emerging challenger brands. Finally, we aimed to increase average order value and basket ring by incorporating cross-sell and upsell campaigns into their ad strategy.
