Client: Top 10 national nutritional supplement brand.

 

Challenge: A leading health and wellness brand, wanted to increase sales and regain lost share on Amazon. They needed a partner who could help them attract new customers, and drive revenue growth and build their brand.

Solution: We analyzed their business, including recent sales trends, and determined they were failing to reach a key consumer segment that represented an outsized portion of their target audience. Our team went to work to develop a plan that would help jumpstart sales growth and regain lost share. We deployed a range of tactics to drive sales and improve performance, including Sponsored Advertising,  Amazon DSP, and social media marketing.

 

We identified and targeted customers who had not purchased from the brand in the previous 12 months, using tailored messaging and offers to encourage them to return. After proving out our strategy, we partnered with the client to go big leading up to and through Prime Day by increasing their ad budget on Amazon to $1.1M (+16%) during this critical tentpole event.

Results: Thanks to our partnership, our client crushed their goals on Prime Day and we were able to sustain the results and recapture share. Top-line results included (YoY):

  • 37% increase in detail page views

  • +$7.53 in average order value

  • 26% increase in revenue

  • 24% improvement in ROAS
